After obtaining his diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Tourism at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi, Mr. Hugo Garon Bouchard went to Shippagan in New Brunswick to follow IKO level 1 instructor training. Following training in leadership and kite teaching, Hugo set up Progression Kite in December 2006.

After his certification as an IKO level 1 assistant and instructor in 2021, Pascal was hired at Progression Kite. He has since passed on his passion for kiting. Pascal likes to travel, he goes from kite spot to kite spot with his converted van. Also passionate about sailing, Captain Pascal is constantly looking for good wind to enjoy life.
